This waterfall countertop is a seamless microcement created using a fine grain version of Novacolor Wall2Floor and a satin polyurethane sealer. All the external angles are plastic to stop any rusting of the metal, and hardi backer board is the substrate. There are base coats of a special plaster to smooth the surface first with EIFS mesh embedded, and two top coats of decorative plaster. This finish is designed for countertops, bathroom, floors etc and can even resurface over existing tiles. There are new pearl glazes and colors glazes that can further enhance the look of the plaster that are applied before the sealer coats. The possibilities with micro-cement are almost endless.
